“It truly is a miracle that my dad was able to come home, in part largely due to the care he received at Lake Worth Rehabilitation Center. From the friendly reception staff, nurses, nurse assistants, PT/OT staff and maintenance my father received excellent care. A huge thank you to the charge nurses who were on top of my dad’s care and addressed all his needs in a timely manner, making all his appointments and communicating with his doctors. As well as the nurses and nurse assistants who went above and beyond for my dad’s recovery. My dad arrived unable to prop himself up in bed and after 3 months he is walking 32 steps today and doing all of his exercises. Again, we are so grateful for all of you!”
